Hiring: Interactive Creative Director

As an Interactive Creative Director at Digitas, you will be responsible for creating distinctive user experiences for a wide range of interactive projects. In this highly visible and exciting role, you will lead designers, art directors and copywriters in developing creative concepts and execution of the design.
Responsibilities Include:
• Direct all phases of creative work from concept development through production.
• See design constraints as a challenge for creativity.
• Inspire and motivate the creative team to develop world-class creative work.
• Responsible for creating on-brand, on-strategy, and compelling creative.
• Mentor and lead assigned creative staff and reviewing their work in order to maintain consistent creative quality.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10+ years work experience.
• Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear visual representations.
• Strong creative problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with the client in an effective and productive manner.
• Expert knowledge of all steps required in the creative development process,
• Strong people management and coaching skills to provide clear creative direction to motivate inspire and guide creative teams.
• Significant interactive brand-building experience including: concept development, website design, identity design, and online marketing campaign development.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Digital Media Design
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
