Creativity
* Grounded in design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, identity systems, concept development and motion design.
* Articulates multiple concepts and ideas quickly with good storyboarding skills.
* Works closely with Art Director to create and design visual treatments.
* Provides creative leadership in the development of the look and feel of the assigned project and for the designers of the project team.
* Uses knowledge associated with Bachelor's Degree in design or equivalent experience.
Technical Excellence
* Minimum 4 years of directly related experience.
* Solves complex design problems through research, analysis and a strong understanding of technology tools. Designs what can be built with relevant publishing systems.
* Possesses sufficient knowledge to constructively challenge current practices or approaches.
