Hiring: Lead Web Designer
Company: Design Is Central Location: Glasgow, United Kingdom
We are a small Glasgow based company producing exciting interactive projects for clients in broadcast TV, music, creative industries and mobile media. We are looking for a Lead Web Designer.
Competent, creative experienced designer to play lead role in team - working with developers and designers on a range of creative projects for delivery online for clients in broadcast TV, music, creative industries and mobile media.
Ability and experience:
* Strong Knowledge of HTML/CSS, including web standards, usability and accessibility.
* Strong Flash skills (AS 2.0 prefered)
* Understanding of AJAX (if possible, but not essential)
* Knowledge or experience of Flex (if possible )
* Knowledge or experience of XML (both writing and parsing)
* Sound knowledge of Photoshop, Fireworks and Freehand or illustrator.
* Any PHP/Server Side Scripting Experience a bonus.
