  <description>&lt;p&gt;Job Summary&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;The Associate Project Manager will act as a liaison between our Project Management and Development teams, assisting both teams in structure, coordination and production.  &#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Essential Duties and Responsibilities&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;â¢&#9;Coordinate the activities of the Development team, including daily check-ins, facilitating code reviews, project research and deliverables, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Support Project Management team in coordinating projects, schedules, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Participate in project meetings including launch and post mortem.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Development in .NET/OOP technologies, as needed.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Follow creative briefs and functional specifications.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Track and resolve bugs.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Assist in quality assurance testing.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Communicate the project plan, scope, schedule and status and issues to all stakeholders.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Research code/new technologies and implementation techniques for applications and time estimations.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Problem solve with the teams, one-on-one.&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Qualifications&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;The ideal candidate will have the following: &#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;â¢&#9;Associate&apos;s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Experience with C# .net, C++&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Familiarity with Object Oriented Programming.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Medium understanding of the Visual Studio environment, ASP.NET, and Javascript.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Medium understanding of XAML, XML, PHP, HTML and the ability to find the answers to help facilitate any need beyond the basic level of knowledge.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Working experience with the usual Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word), bug tracking system and source control.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Working experience managing people of varying skills ad personalities.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Able to communicate on a technical level to a non-technical audience.&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Must: &#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;â¢&#9;Be a creative problem solver.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Be self managed and self motivated.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Be a team player.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to talk effectively with people at all levels of the organization.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have excellent attention to detail but also know the fine art of prioritizing and when to let something go.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have the ability to remain clam in stressful situations.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have strong problem-solving and crisis-management skills.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Thrive on multi-tasking.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have a sense of humor and ability to laugh when needed.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Be eager to learn and teach.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have the ability to handle multiple projects at once and balance time &amp;amp; communication appropriately.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Have the desire to push technology to its limits and be a tech-buff at heart.&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Bonus points for: &#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;â¢&#9;Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and Flash.&lt;br /&gt;&#10;â¢&#9;Experience with Silverlight&#13;&lt;/p&gt;&#10;&lt;p&gt;Who We Are&lt;br /&gt;&#10;Plexipixel is a fast growing interactive and digital design studio that creates some of the most popular and innovative advergames and minisites for stellar Fortune 500 and entertainment clients.
