Romanian Commercial Bank - the largest bank in Romania. The bank has 473 branches and agencies throughout the country, with outlets in most towns and cities, and owns the largest domestic ATM network with over 1,300 ATMs and 9,800 points-of-sale terminals. BCR also owns banking subsidiaries in Moldova and London, which also has branches in Paris and Frankfurt, and representative offices in Moscow and New York. Zapp Mobile - the only CDMA2000 mobile phone operator in Romania, since the country's market leaders use GSM. Overall, Zapp is the fifth largest network operator in the country and the 4th mobile operator. Zapp has around 500,000 subscribers, giving the CDMA network around 2% market share. It is also the only EV-DO mobile data operator in Romania, with a number of more than 85.000 customers. Zapp Mobile is a company of Telemobil S.A. România, which was a spin-off of Telefonica Romania, the first Romanian mobile service provider. Largest shareholder is Inquam from the United Kingdom, which is funded by CDMA-pioneer Qualcomm and Omnia.
