Eighteen year old digital artist, Christian Jehle, has had a passion for art in all its forms throughout his whole life. Whether it’s digital art, traditional art, music or literature; he finds art as an unending source of fascination and a way to enrich his everyday life.
In his artwork, he tries to uncover ideas and concepts that have never been visualized, things that lay deep in the unconscious and rest below the surface of perception. Then in uncovering, he hopes to inspire others and show new facets of themes whose previous investigations we take for granted. He views the computer as not a confinement of expression, but a door to a whole new set of perspectives, partly due to the construction processes it assumes from the user. User and machine in harmony complement one another.
In addition to being an artist, he works for a number of Hamburg based agencies as a print and web designer; creating posters, screen designs, cd packaging and corporate identity. His long-term goal is to become more acquainted with the graphic industry and possibly study graphic design. For the time being, design remains one of his many interests as he keeps an open mind towards the direction his life may take.
His website, www.shaperesort.com was established in 2003 as a venue for Christian to publish his art and design work.
Christian is currently available for commission. If you are interested feel free to send him an eMail to christian (at) shaperesort (dot) com!

shaperezzle knows how to impress me.
Just a little thing you should change on the site...
At the moment, you don't have an actual background colour set, and this can really stand out on Visual Styles and Themes, like mine, where the default background isn't white.
In my case, the default background is like a beige colour, and it really doesn't match with your site, lol. To fix this problem on your end, simply add this inbetween the tags in the HTML...
body {
background-color: #FFF;
}
This will simply make the background white.
Now enough of my bitching... I'm loving some of your recent work, such as Nucleosynthesis; the detail is amazing. Keep up the great work, man.
