You might want to try and tighten up the space between the b and the o. Optically the o and the k look closer because the k has a straight vertical stroke while the b has a curve and more negative space.
like the gradient.agree with the comment from c2ak - but a very pleasing fluidity to the logo.
might find problems making it smaller, but if it's for an ezine it'll follow really nicely through to titles/headers.
