Biography:

Timo Boese is a 28 year old German designer focusing on motion graphics and illustration. From a background in traditional drawing, painting and street art he started studying graphic designs in Germany, where he got into computers and digital techniques. He began working as a motion designer and animator while he was still at the university, where he graduated with diploma in 2005. Since that time he has worked for numerous clients including Bacardi, BenQ, Daimler Crysler Jeep, Dolce & Gabbana, Funkstoerung, Jack Daniels, Lexus, Panasonic, Toyota and Twentieth Century Fox. He has worked for Agencies in Europa and the United States in the fields of art direction, graphic design and motion graphics. His works have been shown at festivals and exhibitions around the world. Right now he is working in Hamburg, Germany as a motion director.
Boese´s aim is too keep things fresh by creating his works in many different graphic styles, mixing traditional hand drawn illustration with vector based artworks, photography and complex 3D generated pieces. The inspiration for his works he obtains from frequent travels and music.
