EmployedBiography:
Today I am Joseph Marconi. Who knows who I will be tomorrow? Throughout the inconsistent ebbs and flows of my life, the only real consistent element was, and is, inconsistency. Driven by a constant, unsettling need to reinvent, redesign, rethink and reinterpret my surroundings I am forced to alter my identity constantly to that which feels appropriate to the situation at hand. One day I may be a photographer, the next, a painter. The years have shown that I am not one specific type of artist, but rather an amalgam of several artistic and creative personalities each vying for a creative stronghold of my conscious mind. I constantly struggle to maintain the balance between that which I see, and that which I want to see and the perpetual motivation to express the abstract. It is not the medium that I am slave to, but the creativity behind it. It is my aesthetic imagination that drives my artistic choices and executions, and it is always changing and shifting into a new personality with new discoveries and achievements. From sketching superheroes in school notebooks to spending endless midnight hours painting with a cigarette draping from my lips to photoshop and than taking a step back into the physical world with portrait photography, I have come to the staggering realization that I can no longer identify myself as anything but what I am at this very moment. And that will surely change.
I have no Logo. I have no Brand. I have no Identity.
Interests:
Photography, Mixed Martial Arts, Times Magazine, CNN World, Bret Easton Ellis, sketching in notebooks, cooking, sleeping and the occasional drink.

Once Again...
It's no secret that I like to redesign my site about once every three and a half hours. I don't mean to do so but I guess that I'm slave to inconsistency. As an artists I need to try new things. I need to constantly reinvent myself with a new outlook and a new persona. I can't promise this is the last website that I'll ever design, or even that by the time I send this to you it will still be live. I will promise that I will continue to explore new artistic and creative territory and continue to push myself beyond my limits.
