OMA & HdM : more NYC condos
Rem Koolhaas and Jacques Herzog unveil their latest projects, 23 East 22nd St and 57 Leonard St respectively, joining the ranks of Ben van Berkel [Five Franklin Place] , Neil Denari [High Line 23] and Lindy Roy [High Line 519] in the continuing trend of NYC high-rise residential towers by so-called 'starchitects'. Of course, there's also Frank Gehry's Beekman Towers , set to be the tallest residential tower in the city when it opens in 2010.

The rendering is perfect. There 's no plan but we can see that 's a very good project... I disagree with the notion of starachitect. Star is synomym of bullshit, i think Koolhaas, Herzog and DeMeuron is over than it. When you do this sort of projet, you need to be clever and have a specific ethic, the star have not ethic and are not really clever... They spend all their time to shaw, not for the architects !
