Offf 07 - By: Devoid of Yesterday

Two of my favorite Designers Chris & Rob uploaded their latest creation which was the title sequences for offf 2007, soundtrack created by the talented Ben Lukas Boysen.

I have to say this piece is so inspirational not just to me but I'm sure to many others. Their work has always inspired and pushed me to work harder. The piece gives true meaning to cinema-photography and showcases their talents at a whole new level. I have a good feeling this piece will receive many acolytes.

Amazing trailer! This is NYC for sure. Rob should defenetly become thinking making photography direction for movies.

Such nice colors and comps !!!!! But why adding so many effects ?

I love it - beautifully realised and an awesome theme. Above all it was really nice to see a non-3D opening sequence for OFFF.

I have to agree with brt. Lovely photography, nice music but the glitches add very little to the piece, it's just a gimmick, and we've seen it too much. Could be the oppening sequence for any NY police drama series.

Also, seems to me that OFFF is starting to become a closed club. Has no new talent emmerged? No new ideas? I've seen all these people talk in previous ones, and since they more often than not avoid the main subject of the conference and just show their reels and make jokes about how the client wanted the logo bigger, I don't feel like going.
Maybe just for the trip to NY or Barcelona...

actually what would be nice is the shots (wich are very nice) without the sturrering and the keyframe plugin form trapcode and a more laidback song.

Either way Rob's eye for colour and composition is undeniable.
Badass work, it truly feels like something from a movie.

Way to go Aimeé, Héctor, Sergi and all the OFFF crew :)
