Ken Rockwell - A Photographer's Goldmine

It's been a while since I found a website with so much useful info (and in such depth) in one place, particularly about Photography.

The name is Ken Rockwell.
Not only he's a very good photographer, but also a great teacher.

A perfect example is this article, which makes perfectly clear why the camera doesn't matter but the person behind it. Or this exhaustive yet brilliant analysis on the never-ending issue of Film vs Digital.

If you are like me or many of my friends and take photography seriously, be sure to read the articles and of course, visit his galleries.
You won't regret it.

I came accross his article on why the equipment does not matter a while ago, it's a very insightful read.

Lots of his writing comes from observations, not facts.

ctrlc: If you read the article about why the camera you use doesn't matter, he explains why he's shown shooting with the "biggest lens ever", on the front of his site.

I believe the most important thing is HOW you see things yourself, without the aid of a camera or such devices, so you can apply that same vision at the moment of truth.

Your brain is your most powerful tool.
Just my two cents.
