Tangent self promo

Another self promo from Glasgow based Tangent.

As a way of introducing themselves to record companies, the guys at Tangent created an A1 poster packaged as a vinyl record, which was sent out to all the companies and artists they'd love to work with.
The record sleeves were hand stamped and all posters hand folded. The posters featured artwork created for Tangent's fictitious record label, Orpan One.

Tangent site re-design

Structured grid and the Golden Ratio.

Tangent have re-designed their site. New site structure, navigation and updated self initiated and commercial projects for all to see.
The site is built on some classic design foundations: the grids of Brockmann and the Golden Ratio of Pythagoras.

Tangent planes

Tangent Graphic's recent project.
The guys at Tangent hand made over 200 A1 sized paper planes to send to existing clients and clients they want to work with to tell them their new address. Each plane had a personally handwritten message telling them they had moved to a new studio and the exact distance they are from them in metres. They then created a unique URL for each client to go to, which had a personal message to them with a streaming video of the plane being thrown off the balcony of the new studio. The planes were then hand delivered and left on the doorstep or stuck in the door to look as though it had been thrown and landed. Nice idea. Check the one they sent to Soma Records!Tangent Graphic
