Role: Graphic Designer
Salary: £20,000 gross per annum

thirty3above is a vibrant Design and Web Development agency based in Shoreditch, London. We are at an exciting time in our development, expanding and working on diverse projects. As part of our design team, you will be working closely with the Senior Designer, other colleagues and freelancers. You will adapt quickly to the needs of our existing clients as well as project manage relationships with new clients and follow new leads where appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have a good degree in Graphic Design, and some experience working in a design studio. This is a general role involving web design, print design and branding. You will need to have an understanding of web standards, accessibility issues and basic design principles: page layout, typography, colour theory and aesthetic design concepts. Some experience or understanding of product design would be a distinct advantage. You will be able to design from concept through to pitch stage and produce pitch materials, as well as attend pitch meetings and creative sessions within a marketing and PR environment.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

* Must have formal design training BA or equivalent in graphic design.
* Understanding of web standards and new accessibility legislation.
* Knowledge of Mac software: InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator essential.
* Knowledge of Macromedia Flash, After Effects and 3D extremely useful.
* Good personal skills are essential.
* Ability to present ideas confidently.
* Aware of current design trends.
* Must be flexible, self confident and a problem solver.
