CPLUV, when is this going to be fixed?(Internal News)

I constantly get this "3 new messages" notice on my userfeed page, and i think "Woah who's trying to contact me?!", but it's just a bug. Logging in and out again doesn't seem to clear it. When's it gonna be fixed? Christophe? Anyone? Someone forgot to switch the lights off here?

CAN WE STOP LINKING "GET THE GLASS" NOW?(Internal News)
It's been linked about 4 times now on CPluv.. we get it, it's well done, fun, interesting. But it seems lately nary a day goes by with at least one "OMG have you seen this?!!?? Get the glass!!!!" link in the userfeed. Almost as bad as when we still had that chatboard thing on the right side, and everybody got off linking their own, "just re-launched!! v.3.5 of my flashcrap website!!" website.

What happened to the CPLUV live room?
I guess too much spamming by the "hay guyz look at my fantastic website!!!" people made Christophe a sad boy? :D

Swiss design vs. the rest of the world
You always hear about Swiss design, be it from books, or from college or university courses. I was born in Switzerland, and have lived here all my life. It used to make me wonder when people gushed over the "fantastic" Swiss design styles. Until I went travelling in Europe and America.
It finally dawned on me that all this time, I'd taken good design for granted, whereas countries I visited saw design, especially in everyday items or traffic signs, as an afterthought, at best.
I'm not one to gloat (I'm not Swiss anyway), but why do people still put up with this? Why is design, especially where good, useful design is of vital importance (such as traffic signs) still seen as a design-by-committee, boss-as-backseat-designer "industry"? It's been getting better in recent years, maybe due to the influence the EU takes on other countries' styles, but it still makes me wonder every time I see the signs before an english roundabout.
