iikki.com is the evolution of rtxcite.com, created in 2005 as the personal online portfolio of Ritxi, a young digital designer from Bilbao, Euskal Herria.
Ritxi has been into digital and graphic design for five years now, since he started his comic related work at the Rosso Factory company. From then his experience at this world has grown more and more.

La Musgaña ’20’
I have just added to my portfolio (iikki.com) one of my last Print works. This is the design for 20, the new album by laMusgaña, who is without any doubt, one of the most important bands of the Spanish folk music.
20 is a compilation of some of the best songs of their history and some new live tracks. This is a special album celebrating their 20 anniversary.

Sam Amidon, All is Well
I have updated (again!) my portfolio (iikki.com) with another cd artwork design. This is for All is Well, the new incredible album by Sam Amidon (samamidon.com), a crazy but friendly country artist from the United States. Sam is a multidisciplinary guy that creates not only music but also some funny comics and even his own videos. You can see now his new video for one of the songs from All is Well, Saro.
All is Well will be soon available (on cd and vinyl) through Valgeir Sigurdsson's Bedroom Community (bedroomcommunity.net). I would like to send now some big hugs to my friends* Valgeir*, Sam and Mio; I respect you all a lot!!

New print works
I have updated my portfolio's Print section (iikki.com) with my two last music album designs.
The first is for the Spanish folk artist Ana Alcaide (anaalcaide.com) and her last album, Como la Luna y el Sol, to be released on September or October, and which is based in the music and history of the Sephardy culture.
And the second one, in a very different visual style, is the album Lovefield, a tribute to Mike Oldfield *by the jazz/prog/experimental band *Centrozoon (centrozoon.de), from Germany. The album is supposed to be at stores next October 23rd.

Some weeks ago I told you about a paper toys contest, created by the people of MostWantedPaper.com. You will also fin there my submission to the contest; but I am not a participant, I was invited by the managers to be part of a show related to the contest. My toy is a parody of the Flash character by Marvel.
