Come for Brazil

Come for Brazil is a motion graphic piece by Psyop. It's pretty smooth, in a wet and sexy kind of way. Summmer-ish.

Blogsnow

I'm pretty hooked on blogsnow , a blog link tracker that gives a good overview on some of the big stuff going on across the web. It's not as in-depth as technorati or others, but still is good for getting a quick look of what people are talking about. He used to have linked-to videos and mp3s and other files as well, but no longer. Check it out though.
Mandolux Wallpapers

Mandolux has some pretty cool desktop backgrounds, mainly close-up photography. Most are tailored toward dual-monitors. I run my favorites as a screensaver.

Check out this sweet trailer for the upcoming strategy game World in Conflict . Here's a thread detailing some of the specs used to create the spiffy video.

Bomb shelter / Time capsule photos
Pretty cool shots (in a tough environment) of the bomb shelter recently discovered in the Brooklyn Bridge.
Paris

I've never been to Paris (well, just the airport), but this amazing panorama certainly tugs at my wanderlust...

R.A.T.

A couple pretty cute spots for 1-800-GOTJUNK (nope, never heard of it) by Reginald Pike, featuring their new rat advertising campaign. I used to have a rat that looked just like this one. Her name was Waren.

Modernism Exhibit

Modernism: Designing a New World 1914-1939
at the V&A (Victoria and Albert Museum, for those of us across the pond)
Including the chance to design your own modernist poster. Very cool (see my lame attempt above).
