The Essence of Gustav Klimt(Group News)

Photographic reproductions of some of Gustav Klimt's work, created for Ae Magazine. The series, entitled "La Esencia de Klimt" (The Essence of Klimt), was photographed by Moises González, art directed and illustrated by Kattaca, make-up by Yurema Villa and hairdressed by Raul Zarco. These are some comparative images, but you can see the whole series in here - link . :)

Klimt is one of my favourite painters of all time.

Groovy wood panels(Group News)

My friends at Quanta Art Academy (Marcelo Campos' school) have been promoting several comic-related events around libraries and universities here in São Paulo. In these events they've also led some quick and awesome painting workshops, on wood panels and walls - a couple of them pictured above.

Several artists from the school that participated in these events have been creating some great street panels and furniture, so they've integrated this "street-art", sort of speak, into these events.

You can check out some of their work on the following links.
They really are great people and I truly enjoy their work.
