Lazy Saturdays
Today was spent burning my shoulders in what felt like the first day of Summer, its been a fair few weeks... months even since Ive spent a Saturday doing nothing. Aside from sitting in the garden watching the cats soak up the sun I managed to get a fair way into Yellow Dog by Martin Amis. Very messed up story and amazingly written, highly recommended.

Natalie Walker

Every so often an album, a track, an artist makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up. Natalie Walker without a doubt does this. If you haven't already grab the Vector Warrior Remix of No One Else from the Itunes store... Amazing, simply amazing.

Cobra Gym Tournament

The gym where I Kickbox today threw a charity tournament for suffers of Parkinsons Disease. It was an awesome day showcasing new raw talents in the ring. The highlight was without a doubt seeing Ben's Dad who suffers from Parkison fight our Instructor Shen... Much love to your pops Benji.
