Offf Lisbon Titles

Rob Chiu posts his OFFF Lisbon Titles

"Following the Devoid of Yesterday talk and title sequence at OFFF New York myself and Chris were invited to again both speak and present a new title sequence for the Lisbon event in May 2008. Rather than just repeat the previous titles we decided to shoot various sea life in a studio using macro lenses to act as a metaphor for the conference both taking place in Portugal and to have a closer look at the speakers and their way of thinking. Shot over a day and finalized over an eternity with audio by Ben Lukas Boysen".

Zebra crossing

A ambient/guerrilla campaign, using street art and the medium as a message, by DraftFCB Lisbon.
To remember the fact that a great number of car accident victims aren’t always inside the vehicle, the white stripes of a zebra crossing at Restauradores, Lisbon, were replaced by a painted list of dead pedestrians.

Re-searcher.com is the child project of Paula Balreira, Carlos Quitério and Graça Santos, that showcases some fine illustration from Portuguese and foreign artists.
It served initially as a representation for affiliated artists but later extended their mission, developing several cultural activities in Portugal.
Besides the Gallery with all the portfolios, on the front page you'll have a rich cultural agenda and great links from the illustration world.
