Pick up one of these amazing posters from the Patrick O'Brien foundation, and help out a really good cause. As many of you may already know, Patrick O'Brien (aka Transfatty ) was struck with ALS last year, and is on a mission to complete a film about his life. The poster photograph was taken by Timothy Saccenti and yes they really poured beer into Patrick's feeding tube. More info about the poster and the Patrick O'Brien foundation can be found here .
