Karpa for Design Supremo

David Carvalho , the self-taught Portuguese designer and artist responsible for numerous inspiring pieces of graphic art, has turned his attention to the most uplifting subject of all: Falling in Love.

Taking life itself as his inspiration, David creates pieces that are as beautiful as they are unique. His inimitable style has led to commissions from the likes of Nike and Nokia, and now he has produced the breathtaking Falling in Love exclusively for Design Supremo.

Printed on 250gsm silk art paper with additional spot UV gloss varnish, Falling in Love utilises a Japanese graphic style to beautifully convey the exquisite emotions experienced by anyone fortunate enough to experience the dream-like, serenity that can only mean one thing – love.

Falling In Love is a strictly limited edition of 100.

Street Fighter is Still Around... & Making Great Animations?

Capcom just released a trailer for Street Fighter 4. They don't provide any information on the creators and are all hush on their website. Some time on Google (looking through forums you never knew existed) points to this guy: Atsushi Inaba. The Guardian interviews him here: Beauty and the Beast Okami about a 2005 game in which the protagonist uses a calligraphic brush to engage enemies and interact with the environment. Not bad for game that I thought died on Super Nintendo when I was like 13.
