Dave Allen's Pampelmoose.

Dave Allen is the bassist for Gang of Four. He’s also GM here at Nemo, where he keeps the gears spinning and the cross-departmental airsoft melee’s to a minimum since our 3D designer was spotted wearing a makeshift FedEx® box w/ eyeholes over her head for protection.

Dave also happens to be a stand-up guy, dedicated to keeping his senses on the pulse of sound and vision for the Portland scene and worldwide via his blog, Pampelmoose.

There’s no shortage of thoughts, mp3s, podcasts and video to dig into at the Moose, not to mention exclusive Gang of Four releases including a recently unearthed bootlegged show at Mothers in NY circa one nine seventy-nine.

In each show you will find unique meetings between visual artists and musicians, at the same stage, with the challenge of creating new trends, making use of digital art as the basis for their creations. In 2007, there are 20 presentations programmed in Rio de Janeiro, where videos, animations, performances, interactivity and a lot of music will be on the stage of Multiplicidade, establishing the new Brazilian electronic scenery, the fusion of elements of the digital culture and the creative use of technologies with new medias.
