Biography:

Alrik Koudenburg (1976) is a curious, analytical, resourceful freelance designer based in Amsterdam. Working for both clients directly and design agencies around the globe (eg. W+K / Mother / Sid Lee), where he’s responsible for concept and art-direction.

He enjoys creating first drafts and launching ideas within different disciplines of design. Ranging from interior design/ product design / graphic design / interactive media / photography to free work. Once the concepts are approved, Alrik often directs a team of creatives to execute it. He’s committed to creating exciting and refreshing brand experiences. Pushing the limits, creating unexpected outcomes.

Alrik’s strongest traits are his passion, his critical eye and his ability to key into opportunities for his clients, based on his broad knowledge of trends. Diversity and exciting new challenges are what drives him. It makes work feel like play.
